What are the conference dates and location?
The Archway Conference will take place from September 4 to September 6, 2025, at Eden Roc and Nobu in Miami Beach, Florida.

Who will be attending?
Approximately 263 directors, corporate team members, and associates from Arch Amenities Group’s operations leadership teams across all verticals.

Vendor Packages and Pricing

What are the vendor participation levels and what do they include?

• Diamond ($20,000)
  Includes a 10’ x 10’ Expo Space, three Archway Packages (tickets, two-night accommodations, meals), and co-branding on The Archway Bag (for the first Diamond sponsor).
• Platinum ($15,000)
  Includes a 10’ x 10’ Expo Space and two Archway Packages.
• Gold ($10,000)
  Includes a 6’ Expo Table and one Archway Package.
• Silver ($6,000)
  Includes a 6’ Expo Table and one Archway Package.
• Bronze ($3,500)
  Provides conference participation but does not include an Expo Table or Conference Package.

What are the A La Carte options?

• 10’ x 10’ Expo Space: $4,500 (includes one Archway Package)
• 6’ Expo Table: $3,000 (includes one Archway Package)
• Treatment Room: Pending final confirmation, Single Rooms at $1,000 and Couple’s Rooms at $2,000. Splits with the property to be finalized.

What are the participation options for additional attendees?

For vendors who wish to bring additional team members, we are pleased to offer flexible options:

• Full Conference Package (Includes Room and Meals):
  $3,000 per person
  Includes two nights’ hotel accommodation (September 4–6), all meals, and full access to conference programming.
• Day Pass Only (No Room):
  $1,500 per person for both expo days
  Includes access to the vendor expo and all scheduled meals.
  Early Bird Rate: $1,250 if reserved by July 15, 2025
• Day Pass (Single Day):
  $1,000 per person
  Includes one day of expo access and scheduled meals for that day.

Expo Space, Setup, and Treatment Rooms

What is included with my Expo Table or Booth?
Each vendor will receive a 6’ skirted table and two chairs. For 10’ x 10’ booths, please plan for limited space. Decorations are welcomed, with floral arrangements recommended through The Flower Bazaar (305-604-3433). Branded table coverings and backdrops are permitted if they fit within the assigned space. If you plan to bring a booth or something oversized, contact Amanda Grimmett.

Are live demonstrations allowed?
Yes, vendors may conduct live demos. No additional insurance requirements are currently in place.

What treatment rooms are available, and what facilities do they have?
The Esencia Spa features rooms with massage tables, tubs, showers, and aesthetics setups. Please refer to the provided Esencia Spa layout for specific room features.

Logistics: Load-In, Load-Out, and Shipping

Only suitcases may be brought in through the front doors of the hotel. Any booth materials must be loaded in through the load-in dock or shipped to the onsite UPS.

Electricity, Wi-Fi, and Technical Support

• Please utilize this link for self-service audiovisual ordering including electrical power, digital displays, and hardline internet access 

• General WiFi access will be available as part of your hotel stay 

• Usage of additional power must be ordered through the link above. A power drop is required if more than 20 AMP is needed.   

Accommodations and Additional Nights

Are hotel accommodations included?
All vendor packages include two nights (Wednesday and Thursday). Additional nights are available at a preferred rate of $249 per night plus taxes and resort fees by booking here.

What does the resort fee cover?
The $10 nightly resort fee includes Wi-Fi, fitness access, beach chairs, bicycles, and other amenities.

Branding and Sponsorship Opportunities

Are there additional branding opportunities?
Yes. Co-branding of The Archway Bag is reserved for the first Diamond sponsor. Additional visibility options, such as lanyards and collateral placement, may be available upon request.

How will sponsorship be recognized during meals?
Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors will be highlighted during dinners. Silver sponsors will be recognized during lunch, and Bronze sponsors during breakfast.

Payment and Deadlines

What is the payment deadline?
All accounts must be paid in full by July 1, 2025. Expo space allocations will be assigned in order of payment receipt.
